Noelle Shipping Policy


1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship to valid addresses across the entire European region.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Depending on your location and the nature of the products ordered, we ship via UK commercial couriers.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your parcel using the link provided or directly on the courier's website.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important Notice)

Noelle's fulfillment warehouse is located in Hong Kong, China. To ensure you receive your orders at the best possible price, we use the following two shipping channels:

  • Hong Kong Direct Channel: Some products are shipped directly from Hong Kong. Please note that orders sent to the UK via this channel will incur customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Shenzhen Tax-Included Channel (Recommended): To save you from unexpected costs, we arrange for the majority of orders to be shipped from our Shenzhen logistics warehouse through a "consolidated tax-included shipping" service (i.e., products are first sent to the domestic logistics warehouse, then the courier handles tax-included export in bulk). Through this channel, you will not be charged any additional customs duties or taxes—these are already covered by us.

Friendly Reminder: At checkout, the system will automatically select the most suitable shipping channel based on your delivery address and product availability, ensuring you get the best logistics experience.


6. Special Shipping Restrictions for Beauty & Health Products
Certain beauty and health products (e.g., liquids, powders, aerosols, or items containing alcohol) are subject to international shipping regulations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We will securely pack all liquid and powder items to comply with courier requirements.

  • Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain destinations due to local import restrictions. We will notify you if this affects your order.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us within 3 business days so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products and contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, in accordance with our return policy.


8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Noelle is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by you. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service within 4 hours of placing your order—changes cannot be made after this time.
