Noelle Return & Refund Policy


1. Authenticity Guarantee
We solemnly guarantee that all products sold on Noelle are 100% authentic, sourced from legitimate and traceable channels. We understand the importance of trust when it comes to beauty and health products, which is why every item is carefully vetted before it reaches you.


2. Return Window
If you encounter any of the issues listed below, you must contact our customer service team within 3 calendar days of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information). Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.


3. Situations Eligible for Return or Exchange
We provide free return or exchange services only in the following three situations:



Situation Description
① Product Quality Issue You discover an internal product defect (e.g., spoilage, unusual odor, cracked cream, leaked capsules, incorrect batch number, etc.) upon opening and using the product within 2 days of delivery.
② Incorrect Item The product you received is different in brand, name, specification, or quantity from what you ordered.
③ Missing Item An item you ordered is missing from the package (verified against packing slip and package weight records).

Important: For internal quality issues discovered upon opening, you must contact us with valid evidence within 2 days of delivery. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot determine whether the issue arose from shipping or storage conditions, and we will be unable to process your request.


4. Non-Returnable Situations
Except for the three situations listed above, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

  • ✗ Change of mind (e.g., color mismatch, scent preference, skin feel)

  • ✗ Skin intolerance or reaction (we recommend reviewing ingredient lists before purchase)

  • ✗ Packaging not matching expectations (e.g., updated packaging design)

  • ✗ Price fluctuations or promotional changes after purchase

  • Minor outer packaging damage caused by shipping (e.g., creased corners, slight box compression) — as long as the internal product container remains intact and undamaged, this does not qualify as a valid return reason

  • ✗ Products that have been opened and used for more than 2 days

  • ✗ Sale items or products marked as "Final Sale"


5. Return Process
If your order falls under one of the situations described in Section 3 above, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue (specify: quality issue / incorrect item / missing item)

  • Clear photo or video evidence (show the defect for quality issues; show the actual received item for incorrect shipments)

Step 2: After verification, we will provide you with a return authorization and return address.

Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely and send them back. Return shipping costs for quality issues, incorrect items, or missing items will be covered by Noelle (please pay upfront and we will reimburse you with your refund).


6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

  • Credit/Debit card payments: Refund arrival time depends on your issuing bank, typically 3–10 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Customs duties and taxes are determined by local customs authorities—please consult them directly.


7. Exchange Processing
If you need an exchange due to a quality issue or incorrect shipment (same item, same specification only), we will prioritize sending out the replacement after receiving your return. Exchange shipping costs will be covered by Noelle.


8. Friendly Reminders

  • To protect your rights, we recommend inspecting the outer packaging upon delivery — you may refuse acceptance if the package is severely damaged.

  • Individual results from beauty and health products may vary. We encourage you to carefully review product ingredient lists and usage recommendations before purchasing.

  • Our strict return policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing — by reducing unnecessary return costs, we pass the savings directly to you, our valued customers.
